Working with Allwood Windows and Doors was so easy. All the staff care about their customers. They are polite, courteous and nothing seems to be a problem. It was so easy to pay them, each stage they invoiced you so you didn't have to pay all up front. I will definitely use this company again.

Allwood Windows have been a breath of fresh air, they dealt with everything effortlessly and the job was completed to perfection, from survey to installation I genuinely could not rate these guys and more highly, and most importantly the windows and doors look beautiful. Very happy with our windows, and the overall experience. We ordered 15 painted wood casement windows in a variety of sizes, some opening, some not, some with Georgian bars, some not. We also had two different paint colours, and were colour-matching to F&B colours we're using elsewhere. They dealt with all our requests with ease. There's a real personal touch all the way through from survey to fitting. The windows themselves are great quality, and the price was very competitive.

Straightforward from survey to fitting
Clients repeatedly describe the same sequence: a survey that captures the detail, manufacturing that matches it, and a fitting team that finishes without drama. Josh Lewington describes the job being “completed to perfection, from survey to installation”.
Awkward specifications handled
Gavin McGinty ordered 15 painted wood casement windows in a mix of sizes, some opening, some fixed, some with Georgian bars, in two paint colours matched to Farrow & Ball shades used elsewhere in the house. That is exactly the kind of order that in-house manufacturing exists for.
Payment in stages, not up front
Carol Wyett notes being invoiced at each stage rather than paying the whole amount before work started: a deliberate policy, not a concession.
Recommended on to friends
