Our story
Built around onesimple decision
Most window companies sell what somebody else makes. We took the opposite route: own the joinery shop, own the fitting teams, and keep every promise inside one building. Everything below follows from that.
Who we help
Homeowners replacing tired or draughty windows in Victorian and Edwardian stock, families adding rear extensions that need long spans of glazing, landlords keeping rental property compliant and warm, and builders, contractors and developers who need units delivered to site on a schedule that holds.
What we specialise in
Timber sash and casement windows, aluminium windows and doors with slim sightlines, thermally efficient uPVC, made-to-measure entrance, French and bi-fold doors, HUP! modular extensions, cavity formers and trade supply. Thirteen services, all delivered by the same organisation.
Depth of experience
Years of manufacturing windows and doors, and installing them ourselves, is what lets us look at an awkward bay, a conservation-area condition or a colour-matched paint finish and know how it needs to be built before anyone quotes on it.
Where we work
Across South West London and the surrounding postcodes, including Wimbledon, Richmond, Putney, Kingston upon Thames, Wandsworth, Clapham, Battersea, Balham and Twickenham. If a property sits just outside those areas, we will tell you honestly on the phone whether we can help.
Mission & standards
The standards we hold,stated plainly
Our mission is straightforward: give South West London homeowners and builders windows and doors made to their property, fitted by the people who made them, certified properly, and finished when we said it would be.
Manufactured, not merely ordered
Every window and door we fit is made in our own factory. That means the survey dimensions go straight to the people cutting the timber or extrusion, rather than through a supplier's order desk where detail gets lost.
One company, start to finish
Survey, manufacture, installation and aftercare sit inside the same business. If something needs correcting, there is nobody else to call and no argument about whose responsibility it is.
Specified to the property, not the catalogue
Sightlines, glazing bars, horns, ironmongery and paint colours are set at survey stage and built to that specification. Period, conservation and contemporary properties each get the detail they need.
FENSA certification on qualifying work
Replacement windows and doors are installed under FENSA certification and self-certified against the relevant Building Regulations, so the certificate you need at resale is issued as part of the job.
Dates we can actually hold
Because manufacturing is in-house, we control the schedule. We give a manufacturing and installation window in writing at survey stage rather than a number we cannot stand behind.
Staged invoicing
Work is invoiced in stages as it progresses rather than demanded in full up front, a point our clients raise repeatedly in their reviews.
